Jenny Delich was absolutely PHENOMENAL. My partner and I met her at an open house when we were just beginning to have a look around the KC metro for our first home. She introduced herself and gave us her business card. Out of all of the agents we met at open houses, she was the only one to follow up properly and without seeming pushy. She setup an MLS search for us and also was happy to amend the search parameters as our needs and interests changed. Most importantly, Jenny connected us with the lender who would guide us through the mortgage application process. Her rapport and existing relationship with our loan officer Dani helped keep everything moving forward smoothly from pre-approval to closing. Jenny was so incredibly responsive to our questions and communicated clearly with us through phone calls, text messages, and e-mails; she worked with us how we wanted and needed. Once we had our pre-approval letter, she was quick to help us set up some showings based on properties that caught our eye. And when we found THE ONE (the second home we saw on the first day!), she was quick to reach out to the sellers agent, write an offer, and help us through the entire process. She negotiated on our behalf and for our best interests, and within six weeks (in part because of our desire to push out closing) we had the keys to our first home in hand. Jennys office also connected us with a service to help get utilities set up. They even helped connect us with possible security system providers and scheduled the appointment. Five out of five stars, I would happily and highly recommend Jenny as an agent. When the time comes in several years, well be reaching out to her again.

We contacted Jenny a few weeks prior to coming to KC. We knew we would only have 3 days to find a home and wanted to be 100% prepared. She asked questions, anticipated needs, and was amazingly responsive. We saw 20+ houses the first two days. Any questions that came up, she found the answers immediately. On the third day we made an offer, with her knowledge of the market our offer was week under asking and was accepted. We have bought and sold two houses in the last 13 months and Jenny was by far the best person we dealt with. I would recommend her to anyone

Jenny is such a doll. She was thorough in explaining the home buying process since this was our first home and we had TONS of questions. Jenny was able keep us updated on the buyers of our old house and the stage they were in as well as keep us informed of the sellers of our new house fixing things that were asked. She guided us through filling out the sellers contract and things we should fix around the house and setup for great photos that helped sell our house quickly. I recently purchased a house with the help of Ms. Jenny Delich. I contacted her upon recommendation from the mortgage company I had chosen to use and it was a recommendation I am pleased I acted upon. I found her to be courteous, punctual and very knowledgeable. In addition to those qualities, her suggestions and recommendations were extremely helpful to me during the entire process. I had a list of several houses that I had found upon my own and she provided me with a link to a website she, and other agents use, and tailored it to meet the specific parameters I had set for property that I may be interested in purchasing. After making my selections, of which there were many, she also arranged for me to view the properties which at times numbered 3-5 per day. When I had made my decision she was there to offer her perspective, suggestions and recommendations as to what my offer should or should not include. As a result of following her expertise she was able to save several thousands of dollars during the purchase of the property, as well as secure other items that were beneficial to me. More than once during this process there were last minute things that were required. When those events arose she took the lead in rectifying the situation and obtaining whatsoever it was that I was being asked to provide. In doing so she made the process much more tolerable. I have no plans to buy or sell any property any time in the foreseeable future but should that change, Ms. Delich will be the first person I contact. As a first-time home buyer, I truly couldnt have asked for a better realtor to guide me through it. Jenny kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the ins and outs of houses with the kind of expertise that comes from someone who genuinely takes the time to educate herself on all things houses. At times she sounded like a contractor herself! She worked around my schedule without hesitation and offered honest advice I knew I could trust and thanks to her, I found my dream home. She checked the basement after a rainstorm when I couldnt, connected me with a contractor to explore backyard ideas and fought to get the seller to agree to 22 out of 26 requests of mine before closing.
