I have no doubt that my prior business experience has prepared me to be exactly where I am right now; In the midst of Miami and Miami Beach Real Estate. After graduating from Southern Methodist University in 1986 with a degree in Finance, I began my business career at E. F. Hutton as an investment advisor. After, I spent 13 years as a managing director at Bear Stearns. I was responsible for cultivating, managing and negotiating client relationships. I have more than 18 years of Wall Street financial experience and 25 years of managing client negotiations. This gives me a unique insight into the real estate markets.
