When we bought the property that we are at now it had a mother-in-law so-called apartment the garage has turned into an apartment so we basically bought it for that reason fixing it up now we are told we cannot sell it so for some reason we could buy it that way but we can't sell it apparently we weren't allowed to buy that because it had to be attached it is not zoned for a for that it was zoned for A-1 family so not very happy about that
