- Jose listed and sold my home
Mr. Barrientos is very knowledgeable and experienced. He understands the market very well and helped us save a lot of money. He helped us sell our townhouse to buy a single-family home. We were able to sell the townhouse at a reasonable price and buy our single-family also at a reasonable price with Jose's fair negotiation style, always looking to make sure we were getting all the perks and benefits we could get. As a realtor, my husband and I truly appreciated his smart and honest demeanor. We trusted home throughout the entire process even though there were many complications with third parties, and will be using his services whenever we may need them again.
