My career spans over 30 years in real estate. The first years as a residential then a commercial escrow officer provided a wealth of understanding of real estate transactions and the importance of doing things right the first time. I later transitioned to sales and spent many years in the new home arena as a salesperson and manager, and then years as a manager for one of the largest resale companies in the world. This unique combination of experiences allows me to negotiate effectively for my clients. Further, I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert, trained specifically to assist homeowners with their personal situations with real estate. My personal credentials are a California Real Estate Brokers license, and a Bachelor's degree in Business.
