I met Julie at an Open House in Alexandria and thought she was very professional and a delight. Not pushy like other Realtors we've met. I mentioned to her that we were looking at homes for my sister who was moving here from Japan and asked her to help us. She was more than happy to help. Julie really took the time to listen to what we wanted so that we were not wasting time looking at homes that were not a good fit. Julie taught us and explained everything along the way, very pleased.

I lived in Ohio when I originally called Julie. I had called several agents but because I was out of town no one called me back. Julie did and she also helped me make arrangements for a trip to VA to look for a home, I only had 3 days! Julie had previewed homes for me before I even got there and weeded out a lot of them based on my must-haves. The very last house we entered I knew it was mine. With great negotiations Julie got me the home at 22K below asking price, we closed in 30 days and my family lives the house. Thank you so much Julie!

I actually used Julie to help me buy a For Sale By Owner house. I had no problem paying her a commission to represent me and protect my interests, which she did. She was able to get the sellers to accept a fair and reasonable offer, she got me the closing costs needed, and a closing date that worked within my timeline to start me new job at the Pentagon. I love my new house and highly recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy.

I'd give more stars if I could. Julie is not your average agent! My schedule is crazy and I was texting her all hours of the night almost on a nightly basis (not expecting an answer until the following morning) and she always responded immediately. If I needed anything, had questions, or was just stressing out she was there. She answers her phone! She really took the time to explain everything to me in detail and words that I could understand (I'm a marine but realtor lingo is like a foreign language to me). We had an issue come up with the home inspection, the buyer wanted new HVAC systems, Julie was on it and called in second opinions.....she saved me 20K! Then our home appraised lower than expected and again she fought tooth and nail to get the appraiser up in value and she did! She knows what she is doing, she cares about her clients, and she fights for those she represents. Not all agents do this. I highly recommend Julie.
