Kaelynn Parsons started the entire process as my listing agent with an impressive presentation that outlined, in great detail, all of the information I could possibly want to know when selling my house. She put together a detailed ring binder chocked full of valuable information regarding my own home. This attention to detail really gave me a sense of confidence that I chose the right realtor and that I listed my home at the right price.Kaelynn was available whenever I needed her. She picked up the phone and answered emails at all hours and was always polite and professional with her communications.My home was marketed very well and it sold quickly. Thankfully, Kaelynn stopped by my house to drop off marketing materials while I was out of town. When walking up to the door she heard an alarm going off inside my home. Upon entering my home she discovered that the water supply to my dishwasher had failed and that the home had been flooding for a period of time. The damage was much less than what it would have been thanks to Kaelynn's quick response in getting a water clean up crew into my house within 15 minutes. She braved the water in my basement to turn off the water supply and power to the house.
