- Kamiar and I connected, but did no business
Our lender couldn't find an appraiser, so they used this company to help, which was the biggest mistake ever. I don't know where they find their appraisers, but it is clear they are not qualified, which explains why they are available. Kamiar Lashgari accepted our appraisal assignment despite being 80 miles away and clearly unfamiliar with our location. I am in the real estate industry and have reviewed thousands of appraisals, and this company and Kamiar Lashgari are absolutely horrific. Even after I brought all the issues up to the company and Kamiar Lashgari, they didn't do anything. I do not recommend Kamiar Lashgari.
