Karyl worked with us in securing a home just when Virginia was beginning the quarantine "stay-at-home" order. Karyl drove through neighborhoods submitting videos and calculated the commute time from my husband's job to a potential home by driving the distance. She negotiated for us with skill and integrity through bidding wars. She was constantly available to offer insight and options during this challenging process due to how Covid-19 impacted real estate.
