The value of real estate was instilled in me at a very early age. Growing up my mother was a real estate agent; my parents owned residential rental properties and commercial properties. Once out in the real world after college I lived in an apartment just one and half years before buying my first home (in Baltimore) at 22. Two years later I bought my first FULL GUT rehab. The house was so smelly and gross, but I loved it. I went by there every night after work and stayed on top of the contractors to get the job done right. The renovation bug had hit. The Realtor Investor emerged. I knew real estate was for me and after I got my license I worked diligently and sold a high volume for my clients.
