Katherine was excellent to work with when buying our new home. She was very responsive and happy to adjust to our preferred email communication method. She turned around our offers very fast, and we were able to buy in a very competitive market thanks to her help. She also recommended an excellent home inspector. When some minor issues arose near the end of closing she helped a lot with communication between the title company and the lender. Altogether we were very impressed and recommend her highly.
