A graduate of the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, Kathy spent memorable years as a marketing specialist, resort and marina owner and property developer in Chicago, Tennessee and North Carolina. Communication skills are critical in any transaction; the ability to work effectively with buyer and seller clients during the entire process has helped Kathy develop a strong referral base among her clientele. Kathy and husband Dick have a home on Sugar Mountain and a winter residence in Punta Gorda, Florida which provides a respite during ski season. Kathy is celebrating more than a decade as an associate with Sugar Mountain Realty, where she and her colleagues Sam Semple and Broker Dereka Plyler share a combined 50 years of experience in sales and property management.
