Kathy DeWolfe

As a teacher in the Chicago suburbs, Kathy journeyed to Aspen for a short summer vacation in the 1970s, and never left. After 22 years with Aspen Skiing Company in sales, advertising and property management, she found her true passion in selling the first fractional resort development project in the area, at the Snowmass Club. Kathy strives to help her clients find the properties best suited for their needs, which necessitates being familiar with all markets, and price points, from the Aspen core, to golf and ranch properties an hour away. She has sold listings from $100,000, to $27.5 million; including fractionals, ranchland, condos, and luxury estates. She enjoys learning everything she can about properties in the area, and sharing her knowledge with clients, so they can make informed decisions. “Knowledgable, honest, and incredibly helpful and responsive” are comments from some of Kathy’s hundreds of satisfied clients. Kathy loves the Colorado mountains, and has seen many from the top. She has climbed all of the 54 peaks in the state over 14,000 ft.
