Katie Willis

I’ve been proudly serving the Kansas City metro as a real estate professional since 2012. Helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives is not just my job—it’s my passion. As a true KC enthusiast, I’m always happy to share my favorite spots for food, fun, and of course—sports (Go Chiefs!). Whether you're relocating, upsizing, downsizing, or buying your very first home, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. I live in South Olathe with my husband, our three energetic boys, and our two lovable black lab mixes. When I’m not showing homes or negotiating deals, you’ll find me cheering at my kids’ sports games or enjoying time at the dog park. Let’s connect—I’d love to help you find your perfect place in Kansas City!
