Katrina Smith, of Pinpoint properties, did an outstanding job for us in the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home in all aspects of a sell or a purchase. Four years ago, she took over the sale of our previous home; after having been on the market for over a year with another realtor, she sold this house in less than 2 months for more money than it was previously listed. Late last year, Katrina took on the sale of our current home, and the purchase of a new one. During the next 2 months, she sold our house for more than comp value before it was ever put on the market, and the new house was purchased for a bargain. Both house were put in escrow and closed during this time. Katrina’s leadership style was exemplary in accomplishing the work, everyone was satisfied and we are currently enjoying our new home.

Katrina was absolutely fantastic to work with and I couldn’t recommend her more highly for anyone looking to purchase a home in Corona del Mar and coastal OC. She spent countless hours patiently driving us around properties over several months during our search process and never once put pressure on us to pursue any particular one.
