I started 8 years before the REO boom representing a Real Estate Trust purchasing properties 3rd party at trustee sales to sell for a profit. I have been REO Certified from ABF, OCWEN Mortgage and E-Signing by Settleware. I have done pre-foreclosure work with Countrywide, Wells Fargo, EMC, Bank of America and Saxton Mortgage. I have personally purchased the properties at the trustee sales. I have created BPO's for 1000’s of properties. Once a property is assigned, my team and I begin the process. We start with the Clean out, Cash for keys, or the eviction process when necessary. I evaluate the condition of the property, and then manage any renovations.
