Kelly Stephens

I am a native Georgian and a 1993 graduate of The University of Georgia with a Major in Housing and Consumer Economics. In addition to my degree, I earned my Real Estate License soon after graduation and continued to pursue a Real Estate Career working with leading developers of Multi-family housing, Condo/Townhouse Conversions, as well as 5-Star Luxurious High-Rise Residences. Since 1998, I have concentrated my career on in-town living within Metro Atlanta. I started my career at Coldwell Banker with NRT Development Advisors in 2003 and quickly rose to the level of Sales Manager. I have successfully managed such success stories as The Buckhead Grand and 10 Terminus Place in Buckhead; two of Atlanta’s premiere residential high-rises.
