When my eldest son was born, I tried taking care of him as a stay-at-home dad. I had no idea how difficult it was, and realized very quickly that this was the most challenging job I have ever had. Thanks to this experience, I’ve become a little more patient, which has helped me tremendously in my real estate profession. I have been a real estate investor for 5 years, and have purchased over 45 properties. As a client, I always wanted to be informed and kept up-to-date on the details of the transaction. When I had questions, I wanted to talk to someone live or feel confident that I’d get a call back when I left a voicemail. However, after working with many professionals in this industry, I’ve realized many of them lack the one trait I valued most: responsiveness.
