Kenneth Norris

Ken helped me sell my old house and buy a new one. He's an experienced and full-time agent, and it shows. (Full-time is so key! I really didn't want to be competing with someone's day job for something as huge to me as selling my house.) He knew the area up, down, and sideways. Most importantly to me, he was able to explain the process to me every step of the way. It's a little daunting, buying and selling, and he took the guess-work out of it. It felt almost easy. He was also a huge help with staging my place. I didn't really know what to do, and he literally walked me through every room and suggested what to put away, etc. Also, I'm not sure I ever heard Ken's outgoing voicemail message--he always answered his phone. I wouldn't have minded leaving a message, of course. But in retrospect, it was really nice that I knew I could reach him quickly if I needed anything.
