He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of during the whole process of buying my townhouse He made sure the owner fixed all the repairs needed before the closing of my townhouse Kerry, asked the owner to replace the carpet in the townhouse before I moved in. He got an estimate of how much it would cost to buy new carpet and have it installed and even picked out the carpet for me and set up a time and date to have it installed. During closing I received a check to pay for the carpet and installation. I would highly recommend Kerry to anyone looking to buy a house.
