Kevin Kropp

Kevin grew up outside of Chicago and graduated from Purdue University in 1991 with his bachelor's degree. Kevin has spent 16 years working in the restaurant industry where he learned the meaning of hard work, long hours and how to listen to his clients. He owns several properties in San Francisco and has been a landlord in the city for the past 6 years. Literally borrowing every penny to buy his first property, Kevin understands the commitment it takes to enter into the market today. These experiences make him able to understand a multitude of buyers from first time home owners, sellers and multi-unit investors. He has literally raised millions of dollars for the community and been a member of several organizations and neighborhood groups.
