"Kim Renshaw has helped us with multiple real estate transactions. First, she managed to sell a very complicated rural property for us. She was the third agent to try to sell this property and the real-estate market was in poor shape at this point. She managed to sell it in a very short period of time. It was a very clean transaction that went smoothly. Both sellers and buyers were very happy in the end.Second, was the sale of a coastal residential home for us. This property was a 1 hour drive from the original. We had a little concern about the distance. She became well educated on the local market immediately. She never let the distance effect showings or anything else. Although this property was very different from the first, this sale also went very smoothly.
