Kim's local knowledge is top notch -- she understands the area and the history of homes in the community. She helped us care for our property (as the property manager for more than ten years while we were on the other side of the country) and then she helped us execute the sale of the home, at the price we were hoping for.The house is in even better shape than we had imagined after the 10 years Kim helped rent out and maintain the property, and the new owners really fell in love with the place the instant they saw it. We were able to sell the home very quickly -- coming to an agreement with the third couple to see the house. Kim's care and contributions made things easy on us, and it was always a comfort to know how involved she was in our home over the past decade
