I was so fortunate that a friend had recommended Kirk to me to sell my mother's home. I did not live in the area. In one meeting with Kirk, we were able to determine what needed to be done to prepare the home for sale. He had a list of reliable contractors, and scheduled and supervised the work, and once he listed the house, sold it within two weeks.
