Lynette and Kraig have great knowldge about cities and neighborhoods in the bay area. They are super responsive and did their best to answer our questions regarding disclosure documents, school districts, and each propertys pros an cons. They referred us to local experts for home improvement projects we had in mind and offered very creative ideas to better our new home. The Crum Constantino team is an excellent choice when selling your home. They are a one-stop shop and provided great support throughout the entire selling process. We cannot recommend Kraig and Lynette enough! They helped us not only tour so many properties -patiently explaining every document in these huge house disclosure packets-, but also guided us all the way through the purchase process and eventually negotiated a great price. Where they went above and beyond though, is when Kraig helped us organize our home upgrades and renovations after the purchase, which I doubt many realtors would do.
