He helped us navigate buying and selling a home in the middle of a global pandemic and was hyper sensitive to ensure we and everyone involved in the many moving parts of the process were safe. Kraig helped us find our first home and the experience was simply fantastic. He was always patient in answering all of our questions about the process, he was patient in helping us weed through a bunch of properties that werent the right fit, he was great at sending us some properties we werent necessarily finding ourselves, and ultimately he was able to get us into escrow on the second offer we put in.
