Kristin is a third generation Lexingtonian, and a current resident. She attended Lexington Public Schools and completed her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Massachusetts. During college, Kristin worked for a local attorney as a legal secretary, handling real estate related law. After college, Kristin went to work full time as a Real Estate Paralegal for a larger law firm which is where she gained her love for all things real estate. In 2003, Kristin was licensed and began working as a full time Realtor in the local Coldwell Banker Office. Since then, Kristin has gained a vast knowledge of the Lexington & Boston Suburbs real estate market, a specialization in new construction, and has collected many awards for her sales volume.
