My husband and I are incredibly grateful to have worked with Kristina and Eric in purchasing our first home. They truly went above and beyond what I'd expect any real estate agent to do to help us. We were in a challenging spot, with inventory being extremely low, intense competition for every home on the market, being very picky about the neighborhoods we wanted, and being pregnant and wanting to move quickly before our first baby arrives. Not only did they find our dream home in our dream neighborhood at our ideal price, they led us through what ended up being a complicated escrow and created solutions to problems that many others wouldn't be willing to solve. Simply put, we wouldn't have this home if it weren't for them. Kristina and Eric are also incredibly kind, hardworking, responsive and passionate, and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. We feel extremely lucky to have worked with these two wonderful people and highly recommend them to anyone else buying or selling a home!

Kristina is extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring, prompt, patient, and dedicated. She's ahead of the curve and very deserving of all of the awards she has earned. She made herself available whenever I needed, and was very quick to return calls and emails. She not only provided me with detailed and helpful information, but she also went above and beyond to advise me on all of the aspects to one of the most important transactions of my life! She always had my best interest in mind even when I did not expect it, and she fought for me during times of tough negotiation. In moments of frustration or discouragement during the not-so-fun escrow process, Kristina was very comforting and encouraging, and put things in to perspective very well. Not only is she great at her job, but she's a great person, and I couldn't have asked for a better first time home buying experience. Kristina and Eric not only have the requisite skills (knowledgeable, skillful and responsive) but they listen to you and address your concerns and needs. They also have great resources available to help the sale of your home and are able to provide strategies for a sale in a difficult market. They have personally gone out of their way to assist us, even when it was only ancillary to the sale. They are a great team, and I highly recommend them.
