I am a business man and tried to buy without an agent and had nothing but trouble. Kristy was all the things you would desire in an agent: great listener, committed to helping, responsive, and truly had our nest interests at heart. Very approachable, extremely knowledgeable, calm, collected, and perceptive. Very easy to be with. Knows the market and knows the builders of the homes we looked at. We had bought and sold two houses before this one, and I was still impressed with her ability to focus in each home we looked at on what were the important considerations about that particular house. Ours was a fast-moving market and Kristy knew how to act decisively when necessary. She gave outstanding counsel about submitting our bid and she really shined after we did, in working with the seller and the other people involved in getting to closing of a new-construction house. I am a retired Army officer and I know professional skills and focus when I see it. Kristy can be on my team any time. If need be I will definitely call her again. And she is a friendly, nice person, too!
