My girlfriend and I can not say enough great things about Kurt. As a first time home buyer I was not very excited to start the process. After seeing a few houses and observing our likes/dislikes he knew exactly what we were looking for. My apprehension quickly turned into excitement. We are now living in our perfect home. He truly helped in every aspect of the process and was always available for questions. Kurt is a certified rockstar!

Kurt was very easy to work with. Every phone call i made he answered 100% of the time. I was a first time homeowner and he taught me everything i know. I am so thankful i chose him as a realter. He is very educated on real estate and won't let you down. Kurt cares about you more then the money he will make from you. Mr. Bogart WILL speak up an will not let anyone swindle you for you money. He saved me thousands of dollars for speaking up for me when i didn't know what i was doing. Also a great mentor even after you bought the house. If you need help finding a good Company for a fence, or if you don't understand how something works in your house, he will take his time to help you. I was lucky to find him.

Kurt was AMAZING throughout my home buying process! I was thrown into this process out of the blue when my landlord decided to sell the townhouse I was renting. Kurt was so quick to respond and help me look at different options that would suit my needs. He makes great recommendations, he listened to me and understood my needs and was able to find a PERFECT home in this CRAZY market. He has a great knowledge of the Saint Johns County area in which I was buying in.
