My experience with Larry could not have been better, not only is he an expert real estate agent, his over-all knowledge of financing, escrow, HOA rules and everything else was invaluable to this first time buyer. Larry is the BEST! My husband and I were looking for our first home and we had no idea where to begin and found Larry on Yelp! Trying to summarize the fantastic experience my husband and I had with Larry (LMB Enterprises) would take more than a few pages. This was not our first experience with an agent in the pursuit of purchasing a property. A couple of years back, we found the perfect condo nestled in a quiet area in Santa Ana, CA. At the time we were working with a different agent. When we saw the property, we immediately fell in love with it. We asked our agent to put in an offer. Needless to say, we didn't get the property due to the sense of urgency or lack thereof of our agent. We gave up on the idea until recently. Larry was highly recommended by another agent. My husband and I were hesitant to meet with Larry, considering the demands we had and the capital on hand. It takes a lot for someone to impress my husband, and after meeting with Larry he was blown away by his knowledge, professionalism, and charisma! My husband communicated to Larry exactly what we wanted, and Larry made it happened! The communication couldn't have been better; before a question was asked, the answer was on its way. Our lender had nothing but great things to say about Larry. We would highly recommend Larry to anyone including family and friends. Larry not only met our expectations, but he exceeded them. It was a true pleasure to work with Larry. The process was smooth and stress-less. The irony and the best part of it all, Larry got us the same property we had fallen in love with 2 years ago! I honestly wish I could give Larry 20 stars because he's just. that. good. We had a not-great real estate agent the first time we purchased a home, so we were a little cautious, a little skeptical and a little wary. Larry is not only a fantastic real estate agent - even better: he's just an all-around fantastic human. He had an excellent feel for the type of home that would work for our family, without that much input from us. He brought to our attention a house that came on the market the same morning, we looked at it that evening and ended up putting an offer in the next day. Working with him has been a dream and he really advocates for you, remembers the right questions to ask, is extremely responsive and quick to answer emails - basically think of your best case scenario and go even higher - that's Larry.
