    • Larry Brewer has helped us with two transactions and we would easily ask for his help again for our future real estate needs. He knows our area very well and knows about the builders in our area also. We appreciated his expertise in guiding us away from problematic areas or houses. We also loved his 'no pressure' approach! When we first met him, he didn't email and email and call and call to try to get as clients. He was just available to answer our questions and help us when we asked. If he didn't know the answer, he took the time to investigate to provide us with the correct information. That's what first got our attention. So, we would definitely ask for his help again in the future for any real estate needs. We easily refer him to anyone who needs professional help with their real estate needs

    • Larry was an amazing agent. Anytime we emailed or called with questions, we got a prompt response. We felt the Larry really cared more our us and our happiness than he did about the "sale" of a house. The home we fell in love with was already under contract. But Larry followed up on the home we were interested in for almost a month and a half to see if the contract had gone through or fell through. When the purchasers walked away at the closing, Larry's faithful diligence of constant monitoring really paid off. We were able to see the house and put an offer in on it prior to it being re-listed. Larry went out of his way numerous times to help us get everything together so we could close on the sale in 2 weeks. Since we lived out of state, his assistance was paramount.
