Laura is nothing short of AMAZING! Laura sold our home for more than asking price within a few days and negotiated a great deal on our mew home. We really appreciated her promptness, eye for details and ability to keep everything positive and really stress-free. What we didn't expect is how she has taken care of us since our real estate closings....About 6 months after our home purchase, our sump pump went out causing water to get into our basement. We are not handy people so we called a plumber to give us a quote and were absolutely shocked when we were told the cost to correct would be over $7,000. The plumber stated that the sump pit had been installed improperly and would have to be redone and relocated, etc. We called Laura asking why this hadn't been brought up during our inspection and she told us that didn't seem quite right since the home was 20 years old and this had not been an issue prior. She came right over, pulled the cover off of our sump pit, had us purchase a $15 part and showed my husband how to install it. That was over two years ago and we have never had another issue with it again. We refer Laura to everyone!
