Laura Xerogeanes

Raised in Novato, I have been a resident of Ukiah for the past 20 years and have deep ancestral roots in Mendocino County dating back to the 1860's. After spending seven years as a hair stylist in La Jolla, CA, I moved to Ukiah and earned a B.S. degree in Environmental Science from Sonoma State University, which led to a position involving the cleanup of hazardous waste sites. Subsequently, I married Jim Xerogeanes. We have two children, Dean, 14 and Lia, 11, who attend local public schools. We love to hike, fish and explore new places with our kids. Our annual family vacation often takes us to locations that are rich in culture and adventure. My interest in and passion for real estate was sparked when I was 23 years old and bought my first house in San Diego, and has continued through the years resulting in our own investment transactions and property management activities. I consider it a privilege to continue serving the Mendocino County community in my capacity as Realtor-Associate with Coldwell Banker Mendo Realty.
