She specializes in multi-unit residential projects, investments, private condos sales, property management, and conversions of rentals. Laurie effected over 15 successful conversions for developers in NY/NJ, ranging in size from 62 units to 1100 units. Her most outstanding acheivement was the conversion of Hudson Harbour in Edgewater, NJ, 364 units; a 4 million acquisition to a 24 million dollar sell out in a mere 8.5 months. As a master negotiator in The SF Bay Area, she continues to orchestrate sales of multi-unit residential developments, new homes, and conversions for both individual and corporate clients in Northern California. She is currently Regional Director for Compass Real Estate, where she leads programs for loan modification, short sale negotiation, REO's, all types of residential loss mitigation;as well as, educating developers and the general public on the benefits of "green real estate", both in lifestyle and investment.
