- Lijo listed, but didn't sell, my home
I am seller. Lijo George represented buyer. For the showing they came 45 minutes late claiming that they got lost - which means the agent doesn't know the area. Buyer was alone without wife or the family - which means he was not serious about buying. Agent obviously didn't read the listing description. First sentence of house description says about school district and the first question agent asked was about school district. Agent and buyer asked a lot of questions about living in this specific township which made me think that they are just gathering information. To be polite I had to spent 30 minutes of my time educating him.
