Lin is the most self-loathing and delusional person I have ever met. Lying to you is the least of what this person will do.

Lin Mayr is the most unethical property "manager" I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He will do anything other than his job. He is a compulsive liar, among other choice descriptors I can't appropriately use on this website. Living in one of his properties has been dehumanizing and deeply stressful. We've had cockroaches for almost 6 months now, which he refuses to actually address. They've been living in the building's walls since he rented to squatters who covered the property in garbage. I've had to call the county to inspect the property and affirm that it's unsuitable. We had a water leak for months, costing us hundreds in elevated water bills, refused to fix. Multiple other open maint requests he is ignoring, refusing to fix. He's currently renovating the entire outside of the building to draw in new renters, so it isn't a lack of resources. He'll do anything to make a buck but will not treat his tenants like human beings and do anything to help those already living here. Worst slumlord imaginable.
