Beware do not use this agent !!!!! Unless you want to end up in court. Linda was the listing agent on a home I purchased in Roseville, Ca, May 2018. My agent asked if I wanted to pay for storage for Linda’s client (the sellers) , I accepted, she had an addendum put together for us the buyers to sign. After close of escrow they submitted an invoice showing 240.00 for storage and 1500 for movers. They wanted us to pay the entire bill for moving expenses.we did not contractually or verbally agree to that. INow she says her sellers are right and we should pay entire bill. She never once contacted my agent to resolver this issue. She had her sellers contact my agent and yell at her. She did not do one thing professionally or ethically to resolve issue. She was horrible the whole transaction she is an accountant, so those clients came first during are entire escrow. If you asked her a question about the house her response would be “ it’s not my house I don’t know “ now we are being sued by the sellers for the entire moving cost. This should have never happened if she had taken responsibility for her actions an advised her clients “ good friends “ supposedly that they were in the wrong they signed a contract showing only storage of furniture not all moving expenses !!!! She let it escalate to the point of small claims court and did absolutely nothing about it. She should have her license revoked.
