Where do we begin? When we first met with Linda to discuss the process of selling our home and purchasing a new home we knew we were in good hands. The past five months have had its ups and downs with so many moving parts. Not only were we selling our home and buying a new home, there were also three other parties involved: the buyers of our home, the Sellers of our new home and the Seller of the home (our Sellers) were buying; talk about a juggling act. Linda’s patience, thoroughness, experience, and relationships with the other realtors involved successfully helped us (and the other parties) navigate a complicated process. Linda’s accessibility and communication was perpetual throughout. When we reflect on the entire process of selling our old house and finding the perfect home, we can honestly say that Linda was solely responsible for making our dreams come true and for that, we are eternally grateful. We couldn’t have done it without her.
