After renting in Marin County for almost 30 years and a couple of tentative ventures into the home buying market over the years, my husband and I decided the time was right to finally buy a house. While casually visiting an open house in Fairfax, we met Liz McCarthy. We werent quite ready to choose a realtor to work with yet. It was then we decided that we would focus our search on the Terra Linda and Marinwood areas of San Rafael, specifically at homes located within the Dixie School District.
