Like so many others in the triangle, I'm a northern transplant who got a taste of the good life in North Carolina and quickly decided to make it home. It was the mild temperatures, affordable housing market, and low taxes that attracted my husband Eric and I 13 years ago. It's the strong job market, beautiful beaches, great schools, greenways, and parks that have convinced us there's no better place to raise our two kids. Having personally bought and sold multiple homes, I realize how intimidating the process can be. I'm here every step of the way to negotiate favorable terms, and to guide and educate my clients through such an exciting life event.
