We hit the ground running with Lori. She had our 4 days completely laid out for us to see homes which was coordinated with us in advance. As we went through the first day she learned more from us and adjusted the schedule and suggested additional homes. Bingo.....with Lori we found our dream Florida home. But this is not where Lori stopped. She helped us by doing our walk through of the house at closing because we could not fly back to ft Myers. Lori has provided suggestions on businesses of all kinds.....like custom closet companies etc. Follows up with you months later to make sure all is going well. And she is just a sweet, kind person. You cannot have a better realtor working for you if you are doing this from out of town.

01/18/2016 Lori spent over a year and a half working to sell my house. My home is a bit of a white elephant, being an historic home and not in a gated golf community as most people seem to want in this area. Everyone seems to want open concept as well. The proximity to a bridge also made it difficult. Lori was constantly in touch with me and was present for every showing. She said she would not allow me to be home alone when anyone came to inspect or appraise. She did maximum marketing and advertising and had excellent professional photos taken. She did her job with diligence and great concern for me, her client. She is very personable and made a great impression with all prospective buyers and buyers agents.She has a keen wit and intellect and is thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. I am delighted my house has finally sold but I shall miss Lori!!
