Lucas Wiseman

Lucas was by far the worst “professional” I’ve ever encountered. He was very rude to our agent on multiple occasions, would not respond to multiple request for home inspections, disclosures on the property or even our offer. We offered 3% less on the home because there was some illegal additions that needed fixed that were going to cost a bit to bring up to code. Lucas stalled for two weeks. Kept saying “oh I’m traveling” or the sellers were traveling. We were just about to give up and report him, when he finally said “oh we got a higher offer we’re taking”. No chance to counter. Nothing. Losing to another offer is the name of the game and it’s not something we’re really upset about. What’s upsetting is the whole process with him. What an awful agent.
