I reached out to Luke Wasliw in 2016. I had just left Japan. I was stationed overseas and at that time, it was my first time buying a home. I really did not know the real estate language. Luke made it simple, by explaining to me each step, from looking at a home, ensuring the home is good state, i.e., both internally and externally. Then submitting a bid, to secure the home. Luke has been absolutely 110% helpful with the house buying process to both my wife and I. When we first started looking for houses I was stationed overseas, Luke was able to show my wife many properties and include me as well via FaceTime. All paperwork that needed to be done while I was away Luke always made sure to send via email and I was able to electronically sign everything! Luke constantly made sure we were kept up to date on everything and always in the loop as well as helped us negotiate many things in our contract that save us a lot money! Upon closing on our first home Luke had many contacts for us to use to be able to put some work into our new home and saved us money!
