I specialize in relocation of individuals and families to middle Tennessee. In addition to finding a home, my team and I assist in searching for schools and recreational activities, and even jobs for spouses. Making a home in a new city is so much more than finding a house. My goal is to help the entire family find their place. We also have a thriving sales side of the business. I have a variety of listings for sale, ranging from starter condos to executive and estate homes. It is a challenge to sell a home in today's market, and we have various strategies to get the job done. Before listing a home, we will sit down with a seller to discuss expectations and time frames. We then look at the house, and devise a plan for any needed updates, repairs, improvements and staging. When all is done, the house is buttoned up and ready to show off to prospective buyers.
