I was so blessed to work with Maria on the sale of my home in Hillsborough, Ca. The house I was selling had been my home for 21 years, and it was a very emotional ordeal for me to get my house ready for sale, and put it on the market. She prepared an excellent market analysis and comparison for me to get a good sense of the price I could expect for listing and selling the house. In contrast to some other realtors who "bait and switch" clients (i.e. Telling the client that their house would sell at an unrealistically high price to get their business, then later giving the client bad news about the market and drastically reducing the price of the client's home for a fast sale), Maria was completely ethical and honest with me about the price range I could expect for my home. My home went on the market in Spring of 2011 and was sold in 6 weeks. Maria was a dream to work with....very responsive to my needs and highly professional, ethical, and a wonderful salesperson too. She is very experienced and adept at negotiations and receiving bids from multiple buyers to give you the best representation.
