Maria did a fantasic job for us. We were relocating from another state and leaned heavily on her for guidance about the St Augustine/Jacksonville Fl area. She dedicated 4 days to showing us homes and went out of her way to educate us on the area so we could make a good decision. We love our new home and would not have found it without her help! We moved to Jacksonville from the Raleigh area of North Carolina. Maria was very good at selecting listings to send to us that matched the type of home we were looking for. She went out of her way to make herself available each time we wanted to travel down to Jacksonville to look for homes. She also did a great job of helping us to bargain with the builder when we purchased our home. Our NC agent had a team working for her, and the level of service varied depending on the team member that you worked with. That's the great thing about Maria - She does it all herself, so you know that all aspects of the transaction will be well taken care of. Maria and her team were wonderful to work with!! We found the home of our dreams and we couldn't have been happier with the process.
