Mariana made the process of selling my house so easy, explaining steps by step and having a photographer come and take professional photographs. She also had a great communication with the tenant living on the property which facilitated so much showing the house. Mariana did an absolutely perfect job getting us through the purchasing process. She was aggressive in negotiating with the seller, always available to talk to with questions, and she made sure everything continued to move forward to close on time. Even when problems came up, she bent over backwards to find a solution. I give her my highest recommendation.

I usually don't leave reviews except for in rare cases, and this would be one of them. After struggling a bit with some other realtors that weren't familiar with the Brickell area, let alone live there, I was about to throw up my arms and give up. However, I gave it one last try and researched some realtors and found Mariana. I couldn't be happier. From the start, we were really impressed with her quick responses, professionalism, and ability to pick up on our tastes. We met her at the building she lives at in Brickell, and she showed us where she works in Brickell as well. Rather than waste a day looking at 10-20 buildings and apartments, she curated a short list tailored to what we had asked for since she is intimately familiar with the area and its offerings. I believe we looked at 4-5 units and while we liked all of them, one just spoke to us the moment we entered and we knew we found our home. She didn't just find our home though, she helped handle the negotiation, paper work, and more, leveraging texts and e-mails for us to get her the info she needed and make it as painless as possible, considering we were traveling and not local. All in all, I can't recommend Mariana enough and we'll be recommending her to any of our friends interested in the area.
