  • Marilyn listed and sold my home

      Worst ever she used the company that her husband worked for to do the loan and he left out a page and after the realtor contacted him and requested the page it took him 2 days to fax it and in the mean time the sellers got another offer fir the asking price and we lost the house. After that we had the realtor show us some more houses but there wasn’t many then we found out that Marilyn gave him the wrong specs on what kind of house we wanted and the house we bought he said Marilyn said we would not be interested in. We short sealed our house in ca. And I asked Marilyn if see knew how to do short sales and she said yes then the next day her shows up a lady that Marllyn sent over to do the short sale. We said if the bank wanted any money from me and that we wanted 10,000 dollars moving allowance and that I would not have to claim anything on my taxes as income and she said no problem only problem was I didn’t get it in writing and the lady doing had me sign a contract stating if I back out I would have to pay her 1% of selling price I signed it because Marilyn said there would be no problem with our requests I didn’t get the 10,000 dollars moving exspence and I got a 1099 that I had to file with my taxes. I would never use her ever nor would I recommend her to anybody. Worst experience ever she said the short sale should be finalized in December not even close it took 18 months for the short sale to be finealized..
