Risa was awesome. It was so easy to work with her and she was always available to answer questions. It was our first time selling our home and it was nice having someone who knows the area well, explain processes, and help sell our home so quickly. Risa help set up the house for sale including providing complimentary general cleaning and professional window washing, Both improved the appearance of the house and I am sure these actions positively influenced the offers we received. During the escrow period, she answered our many questions and handled negotiations with the buyer's agent, the termite company and others. After escrow closed, she continued to help us, in several ways, getting al our belongings moved out. We could not recommend her enough.
